OUR NEW INCROCIO MANZONI RAISIN WINE WAS BORN: IT' S NAME IS "PENSIERO D'AMORE" (THOUGHT OF LOVE)
When two similar hearts meet each other, even for a moment, a magic moment take place.
The same thing happened many years ago in nature with this special wine: Riesling Renano and Pinot Bianco joining between themselves, have created a new wine: Incrocio Manzoni.
Known as a still white wine of remarkable quality, Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13 offer interesting and unusual nuances even in the version of raisin wine. A little gem to taste in any happy occasion.
Pensiero d’ Amore is his name and wants to be a fine action towards someone less fortunate and to say thanks to whom with their own ideas and dreams, have offered us a better world.
From an experimental vineyard planted in 1991, in the most sun-exposed part of our vineyards in the small village of Pradipozzo in the province of Venice, our Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13 grapes are grown: about half a hectare of land containing 2000 strains grown in Sylvoz with an average age of 27.
They are clusters with a thick and consistent skin and with high alcohol potential and sustained acidity, which give interesting and unusual nuances in the raisin wine version.
This bottle represents a territory with its history and its traditions and we decided to dress it with precious materials exclusively made in Italy.
The “Tortuga” conical bottle is designed and patented by Vetri Speciali glassware. The natural cork stopper comes from the best barks owned by the historic Colombin company of Trieste. The aluminum capsules are handcrafted by Emanuele Sartori Company of Musile di Piave and the cardboard is supplied by the Venetian company Ipak. The fabric labels are realized by Giglio Marco Bassi of Carpi that make the bottle a real collector’s jewel.
The production will be limited to about 6.000 bottles numbered, by half liter, the production of which will be performed only in years favorable to the technique of withering of the grapes.
Considering the small number of bottles, the sale of each vintage will take place upon previously request, giving special attention to the historical customers.
