TASTING NOTES
COLOUR: Chiaretto pink.
BOUQUET: Hawthorn flowers, green apple and white almond with a gentle and delicate finish reminiscent of wild rose.
FLAVOUR: Fresh, flavourful and with a vivid acidity that goes well with a finish in which hints of small red fruits prevail.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-12 °C
TYPE OF GLASS: medium sized tulip-shaped glass.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Excellent as an aperitif and in perfect harmony with dishes based on fried vegetables, delicate pasta and spring risottos, light white meat and fish with more decisive processing. Try it with a pizza or seasonal vegetables.
