Colour: clear straw; fine, lingering perlage.
Aromas: strong hints of wild flowers. Ripe fruit final.
Flavour: just the right acidity, full-bodied and flavourful.
Excellent as an aperitif, with starters, plain fish dishes, fish fry or pizza.
