Colour: intense straw.
Aromas: strong hints of ripe fruit with Golden Delicious apples and pears to the fore.
Flavour: dry, just the right acidity, full-bodied and savoury.
Excellent as an aperitif, particularly good with starters and flavourful
pasta or fish dishes.

Temperature: 10-12 °C
Stemware: medium sized tulip-shaped glass narrowing at the rim.
