Harvest: second ten days of September
Colour: intense straw.
Aromas: broad, pronounced scent with hints of wild flowers, ripe melons and capsicum peppers.
Flavour: flavourful on the palate, slightly acidulous with a capsicum pepper final; delicate body.
Excellent with fish. Goes well with soup and delicate wild vegetable
risottos. Try with salads containing fruit and vegetables.
SERVING TEMPERATURE AND STEMWARE
Temperature: 10-12 °C
Stemware: medium sized tulip-shaped glass narrowing at the rim.
